| Notes |
- Hugh, probably a Welchman, came with Reverend Richard Blinman and first sat down in 1640 at Marshfield. He removed next year to Lynn, perhaps only for a short season. He was freeman 27 Dec 1642, when he was of Gloucester. He was a selectman 1643-1648, Representative 1650-1652. He removed to New London before beginning to serve under this last election. He was selectman and Representative half the years of his residence there. Also was town clerk. They removed 1662 to Norwich, and was the first Deacon on organizing the church. He was Representative for this town 1663-1664. [4]
