| Notes |
- Benjamin after graduation at college 1663, was preacher at Malden, and there ordained 1674. He gave up his pulpit 1678 and removed next year to Saco. There was a magistrate, but he for some short term preached at Scarborough. During the great French and Indians War being driven to Boston, he served 1683 as Representative for Scarborough, but continued to live at Boston. [3]
