Notes |
- Henry attended the public schools of Westfield and was graduated at the Law School of Boston University in 1882. He was admitted to practice at the bar the same year and opened an office in Westfield. Among the offices he held were that of US Deputy Collector of Internal Revenue from 1885 to 1889, and later from 1896. In 1892 he was chosen alternative at large from MA to the National Convention at Chicago. He was also elected a member of the MA House of Representatives in the Legislature in 1892 and 1893.
