  • Notes 
    • Helen was schooled in Ogden, UT and Waycross, GA. Nurses training at Columbia Hospital, Washington, DC. Served as superindendent of critically wounded ward, Army Base Hospital #24, Limoges, France. 1918-1919. Helen died in the Pinal General Hospital and is buried in the South Lawn Memorial Park in Tucson, AZ. Information from memorial service notes.
