    Was a physician. He had four children each of whom died at a few weeks old, and lie buried near him. He was freeman 1676.

    Samuel married Sarah Stedman on 24 Mar 1668. Sarah (daughter of John Stedman and Alice) was born on 11 Jan 1642 in Cambridge, Middlesex County, MA; died on 1 Mar 1731 in Charlestown, Suffolk County, MA. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

    Notes:

    Came in the fleet with Governor Winthrop 1630, with his wife, a sister of Rev. Thomas Hooker. But left only son at home. Desired administration as freeman 19 Oct 1630 and was recorded 18 May 1631. He was a physician, Representative at the first Court 14 May 1634 and after. He was Deacon of Roxbury church. He went home to bring his son John, and at the same or following visit he got second wife Elizabeth.

    George married Elizabeth Alcock. Elizabeth died on 8 Dec 1645 in Watertown, Litchfield County, CT. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
